A celebration of birdsong and its calming influence on the human mind, this piece draws particular inspiration from starlings, known for their remarkable vocal range and ability to mimic other birds and sounds. Notably, Mozart kept a pet starling that served as a source of inspiration; he even taught it to sing his own melodies.
